Her goal is to provide comprehensive programs that focus on rebuilding self-esteem, fostering independence, and offering emotional, spiritual, and practical support. Through mentorship, career development, and holistic healing, Jacqueline is dedicated to helping these women reintegrate into society and lead fulfilling, self-sufficient lives.

Jacqueline Wade is the dynamic Executive Director of AIM Incorporated, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women of abuse and formerly incarcerated women. A woman of unwavering faith, Jacqueline is also a devoted wife, mother, author, visionary, and entrepreneur. Her passion for service extends through her roles as a mentor and ordained minister, where she leads with compassion and dedication. Driven by her love for people, Jacqueline's mission is to inspire and uplift others, helping them rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.
